1. Gather the ingredients

  • 1 pack of green bean pasta
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp of tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 lemongrass
  • a bunch of peanuts
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter

Garnish:

  • 1 lemon
  • a bunch of cilantro
  • chopped peanuts

2. Chop chop

Chop the vegetables into small bites.

3. Make the pasta

Place the green beans pasta (or any other wheat-free option) into a large pan with enough boiling water to cover them (about two glasses).

4. Add the sweet and spices

Add the coconut sugar, garlic cloves, tamarind paste, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, lemon grass and two slices of ginger. Stir.

5. Add the peanut butter

Add a spoonful of peanut butter. Stir until the water evaporates.

6. Serve and garnish

Serve in a bowl and garnish with cilantro leaves, lemon juice, chopped peanuts and a dash of peanut oil.
