1. Gather the ingredients

  • untoasted nori sheet
  • courgette (zucchini)
  • carrot
  • red cabbage
  • handful of sprouts
  • hummus or dip of choice
  • sesame seeds

2. Slice vegetables thinly

Slice thinly the courgette, carrot and red cabbage using a sharp knife or a Julianne slicer.

3. Nori

Take one nori algae from the pack and place it on a wooden sushi mat with the shiny side facing downward (you can roll it by hand if you don’t have a sushi mat).

4. Dip

We used a pink hummus (made from beans and beetroot) because it keeps the vegetables together and adds great taste and color!

5. Place vegetables

Pour the dip along the nori’s closer edge, add the vegetables slices and the sprouts on top, sparkle with sesame seeds.

6. Roll and enjoy

Make the nori roll with the help of the sushi mat, eat and enjoy!
