1. Gather the ingredients for strawberry yogurt popsicles.

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup yogurt (I used coconut milk yogurt, but any will do)

2. Blend the ingredients.

I recommend blending the strawberries and lemon juice first until well blended and then adding the yogurt for the final few moments of blending. If you like a popsicle with more texture, add in a few chopped strawberries before pouring the mixture into popsicle sleeves.

3. Pour and freeze.

Allow popsicles to freeze for at least four hours. Remove the sleeve (you may have to run them under hot water briefly to loosen them) and pass out the popsicles. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups pitted cherries
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar

5. Blend the ingredients.

For this recipe, you can blend all the ingredients at the same time. I recommend pureeing the fruit well so that there aren’t pieces of cherry skin left.

Pour the popsicles into 6 BPA-free Tavolo star popsicle holders (or whatever popsicle sleeves you choose) and freeze for at least four hours. Remove the sleeve (you may have to run them under hot water briefly to loosen them) and pass out the popsicles.
