To make the Jasmine rice island you need to cook it as you normally do, and once it’s drained, place it into a small container, like a saucer or a cup, using the back of a big spoon.

Place the rice island in the middle of a shallow plate and then carefully lay the sauce all around it. Decorate with cayenne or pepper flakes, chili slices and a few coriander leaves.
