Will this bike be silent and again cause the problems found with the silent Velocete (excuse spelling) ‘Noddy bike’ that was supplied to the Met. Police during the late forties early fifties. It gave no warnibg of it’s approach or presence and caught many people out because of part of our sense of presence is sound, a sound we then investigate with sight. A fact in the real world if not a sensible approach to presence.

Misleading article title, but a cool bike. It is battery-powered motorcycle that is being charged up solely from wind-mills.
