		<description>I was surprised that according to this article, Japan has been slow in adopting green technologies since they are know for innovation as a country. 

Clearly, the laws on their books now will have to be changed in order to move forward. In the wake of what has happened one would think every possible step to a rebuilt, stronger and safer world would be made. 

I hope to hear about the progress of this move forward in the near future.</description>
