John Patrick hit New York Fashion Week with Organic’s Fall/Winter 2013 collection made with some exciting new sustainable fabrics. Inspired by his beginnings in New York’s East Village, the designer sought to create a line that would “tell a story” on the catwalk, that would evoke emotion. And he did a fantastic job of just that with a series of warm, loose-fitting outerwear pieces made with wood pile teddy bear fur and a CO2-neutral yarn made from recycled cashmere.
