Kanga Room Systems is an Austin-based prefab builder who specializes in modern sheds and cabins. Whether you prefer a more contemporary shed-roof style or a country cottage, Kanga can build an auxiliary dwelling unit to match your existing home. Their sheds range in size from 8′x10′ up to 14′x24′, with prices from $7,150 to $15,500. The country cottage has a vaulted ceiling and can be transformed into a loft if desired. Kanga also makes larger dwellings that can accommodate multiple rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen space.
Each dwelling is fabricated in Texas then shipped to your site as a kit, where either you or a skilled contractor can assemble it with basic tools. All of the units are built with a foundation and are portable. Interior and exterior materials can be customized to match a desired look or meet specific environmental goals. Kanga Room Systems is dedicated to producing eco-conscious, energy-efficient products, and using sustainable materials whenever possible.
