Kerry, Lieberman to Unveil Climate Bill Today!

You can stop holding your breath now, it’s really happening. Today Senators John Kerry and Joe Lieberman will unveil the Senate Climate Bill to the nation. Without the aid of their co-author, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham — who walked away from the bill in April — the two Senators will attempt to push the bill through the Senate and garner the magical 60 votes needed to avoid a filibuster. So maybe you should keep holding your breath, because this bill is far from passed. But at least now we can take a look at what it says.

    I wonder how much Obama’s close friend and funraiser, Richard Sandor, founder of the Chicago Climate Exchnage, has to gain financially from this little piece of legislation? Mr. Gore is all-in as well. Obama also was one of the founders. Do you think there are any monetary motivation here? It may be interesting to note that the Chicago Climate Exchange in spite of its hype, is a veritable rat’s nest of cronyism. The largest shareholder in the Exchange is Goldman Sachs. Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is its honorary chairman, The Joyce Foundation, which funded the Exchange also funded money for John Ayers’ Chicago School Initiatives. John is the brother of William Ayers.

    Meanwhile, if this BS cap and trade regulation ever gets passed, it will be the consumers who will pay dearly for this disguised tax. Three cheers for capitalism disguised as environmentalism.
