When we spotted this ingenious design by Ingrid Brandth, our unanimous chorus was, “I want one!” The Daily Shelter is an unassuming kitchen table that stealthily transforms into a playhouse or enclosed fort so kids and adults alike can seek shelter within its ‘walls’ to “hide from scary sounds, ghosts, or family members.” Looks like the perfect antidote for escaping unsavory meals or unwanted dinner guests.
