Coohaus features unique ice cream flavors inside of cookie sandwiches. In order to reduce waste, the paper wrapping on all Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches is edible. In addition to their famous food truck, they also recently launched a bicycle which you can also purchase goodies from, a much more eco-friendly option.
