Marmol Radzinger’s Hollywood Hybrid Home, Not Your Typical PreFab House
Posted By Tafline Laylin On July 20, 2011 @ 12:49 am In Architecture | No Comments
Marmol Radzinger incorporates natural light and insulating glass into all of its designs to ensure that their sensible but warm homes have a low carbon foot print. They use only “responsible” timber – meaning either FSC certified – and solar panels.
Other green features can be added depending on the client’s level of commitment to sustainability, and as an added bonus, the firm only uses the most energy efficient appliances in their homes, ensuring that the relatively large home (2,576 square feet) won’t have a massive electricity bill going forward.
