Calling all aspiring green builders and LEED professionals!

Today is the LAST DAY to register to take the old LEED AP exam in NYC. The new test after June 30th will be much harder, so if you are hoping to get LEED certified, now it the time to do it! The last day to take this exam is June 30, 2009, and you can register at the Green Building Certification Institute, so don’t miss out!

And if you live in NYC and are looking to get a leg up on studying you’re in luck – Inhabitat contributor Evangeline Dennie is hosting a great series of LEED prep courses at EDennie Design in Williamsburg in May. The $300 classes are available in one or two-day courses and include a comprehensive overview of all LEED sections, over 200 example test questions, and are a great way to meet and study with other aspiring green builders. If you are interested in taking one of these LEED prep courses, RSVP today by emailing evan[at]edennie[dot]com!

In your second sentence you say \”…so if you are hoping to get LEED certified…\” I just wanted to remind you that buildings are certified, people are accredited.
