LED-Equipped Gown Monitors Carbon Dioxide in the Air

Danish design company Diffus [4] has created a stunning LED-studded dress [4] that lights up when it detects carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The luminous ensemble is laced with conductive embroidery that links a CO2 sensor to an Arduino Lilypad microprocessor. When the presence of CO2 is detected the lights begin to blink faster and faster, issuing an immediate warning about the invisible environmental threat.
