LEED Gold 7 Bryant Park Breaks Ground in Midtown Manhattan

New York welcomed its latest green office tower, 7 Bryant Park [4], yesterday with a groundbreaking led by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Located on the corner of Sixth Ave. and 40th Street in midtown Manhattan, the Pei Cobb Freed and Partners-designed building is slated to be LEED Gold-certified [4] and incorporates many sustainable features as well as spectacular views of the city and a prime spot just steps away from many subway lines.
