Am huge fan of Stamets. But. Unless the spores and seeds are sorted for regional suitability by zip code or similar, I have a hard time seeing overwhelming success with this concept. How to guarantee prevention of invasive exotics, etc.? Perhaps if the seeds were limited to non-GMO food crops only (dunno Stamets’ current stance on GMOs either). Then we’d get “local food” out of the deal, at least for those of us with green thumbs…

Yeah – like, WHO’s seeds???? Monsanto GMO’s????? Who big, how invasive dependent on zone – way too many variables, don’t you think? And if choice of seeds permitted, then price for packaging will surely be impacted.
