There are some of these sprinkled along the waterfront in Toronto. They change colors every few seconds, and are pretty nice looking!
These were reviewed on “Dansdata”:http://dansdata.com/ledlights10.htm (amongst some other cool light-giving gear, bottom of page) a while back. Apparently the first version wasn’t really up to the rigors of, y’know, outside use, but the updated one held together fine.
They do look fantastic though.
