Here in China, Duxlite Lighting Company has been lighting up the roads with wind and solar powered street lamps for quite some time. Seems pretty sensible to me and I reckon they look pretty great too! Start rolling them out across the nations and see the cost of them, along with solar panels and some forms of wind turbines, plummet!
