The prices of these things are completely ridiculous! Why do green homes have to be so prohibitively expensive?? And a pre-fab at that???!!! Why would anyone want go through all the extra expense of a $300,000 plus pre-fab when you can pick up one of the dime-a-dozen foreclosures in your city for about half that? Green builders really need to wake up and get it together.

Too Expensive. We can build a site built green home for less cost. This is just a fad catching people with more money than they know what to do with to buy an over priced pre-built green house. I have seen some very efficiency manufactured homes with green upgrades for much less cost.
