My girlfriend and I are in the fortunate position to both have good jobs. We've been able to buy a plot of land for a good price and are also planning to build a passive/energy neutral house. The plans have been drawn up, planning permission was given last week. We're now busy trying to find a builder to build our house within our budget. All very exciting!
