		<description>Sadly capsule hotels like this haven&#039;t faired at all well in Japan. 
The original Nakagin  capsule hotel in Ginza, Tokyo failed as a hotel and quickly became residential and commercial apartments. These days it&#039;s in a very sad state of repair and is set to  be demolished any time soon.

Where the  &quot;kapuseru hoteru&quot; concept has been successful is with the small multi cubical capsule  and almost all of these are refits using older traditional  concrete commercial buildings (admittedly though  the coffin sized capsules them selves being modular) more suited to crashing out after  missing the last train than for any R&amp;R use</description>
