Private companies continue to rip off tax payer money for these construction projects. The greenies see it as a win for carbon-free travel, yet always seem to ignore the massiver cost over-runs that all projects like this incur. Well, yeah, it is a public works. Portland also built it's own aerial tram. Portland's city council was debating about how to pay for its share of an aerial tram that was originally supposed to cost $15 million but whose cost had tripled to $45 million. Now the cost is up to $55 million. This massive scheme, I bet will cost a helluva lot of money and be years before they move even one passenger. Mace group has done their job, it stings my eyes.
