		<description>Well, yeah, it is a public works.  Private companies continue to rip off tax payer money for these construction projects.  The greenies see it as a win for carbon-free travel, yet always seem to ignore the massiver cost over-runs that all projects like this incur.</description>

		<description>Mace group has done their job, it stings my eyes. Portland also built it&#039;s own aerial tram. Portland&#039;s city council was debating about how to pay for its share of an aerial tram that was originally supposed to cost $15 million but whose cost had tripled to $45 million. Now the cost is up to $55 million. This massive scheme, I bet will cost a helluva lot of money and be years before they move even one passenger.</description>
