With a collection that included colorful prints and pastel-colored swimsuits, fashion designer Mara Hoffman brought a taste of Polynesia to the runway at New York Fashion Week on Saturday. The collection included long dresses, tunics, sports jackets, mid-calf skirts, and shorts. But she didn’t stop there; with the help of Taylor Patterson of Fox Fodder Farm in Brooklyn, Hoffman’s models also sported an exotic, artfully-crafted set of accessories to complement her designs.
