If you’re moving or renovating, you may find yourself in the market for new furniture. In the past, shopping for furniture mainly meant comparing colors, price and style, but these days many conscious consumers want to find furniture that has a low environmental impact, and the biggest element of eco-friendliness in furniture is the material it is made out of. For the most part, furniture  products are generally composed of plastic, wood or metal – which of these materials is the most environmentally friendly? Unsure?
