Max Premo Turns a Disused Dumpster into a Mobile Art Gallery

Who says dumpsters are only good for garbage? Collage artist Max Premo, not wanting to throw out his 500-plus collection of objects when moving to a smaller studio, transformed an old dumpster into a mobile gallery to house his sentimental items. Currently on view at the Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn, the Dumpster Project has become a traveling exhibit that showcases Premo’s collection as a giant walk-in collage.
