MELAMINE IN DISHWARE: Should we be concerned?

There’s been a lot of talk about Melamine in the news over the past year, with the pet-food poisoning scandal, and more recently, the baby formula poisoning scandal  in China. We’ve all read about this, but did you realize that melamine is a very common plastic that is in MANY plastic plates, bowls, cups and utensils ? We were a little concerned when we realized that the very same substance that has poisoned babies in China  and pets around the world, comes into contact with all of our food on a daily basis – so we decided to investigate the issue…
