Kuusamo Log Houses, a Finnish company specialized in building wooden high quality homes, has teamed up with Spanish firm Mhelorza Architects to produce a series of cutting-edge, energy-efficient homes. The six bioclimatic, wooden homes in the MH Series are highly energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. The homes feature solar panels, biomass heating, and geothermal heating and cooling. They also are designed to harvest rainwater and include gray water treatment facilities.
