Done partying? Don’t toss that wine bottle into the recycling bin just yet! Miniwiz has got a great design that will give you at least one more reason to raise your glass. Designed as a wine carrier and a building block (you can make anything from a wall to furniture!), this multi-tasking piece can also be transformed into an energy efficient desktop or pendant lamp!

Each Re-Wine is made from Miniwiz’s patented POLLI-BER material, a new textile made with the byproducts from rice farming and thermoplastic production. The reprocessed rice husk serves as a performance enhancer that counteracts the mechanical strength loss due to degradation of polypropylene as it is recycled. What comes about is a highly durable material of architectural grade that is also recyclable and has a very low carbon footprint.

Want a Re-Wine lamp of your own? Enter our Back To School Giveaway today—we’re giving away one of these awesome lamps along with a sweet solar backpack from Voltaic and much, much more!
