Woodendot’s Modern Ka Lamps Are Handcrafted in Spain Using Natural Materials

Madrid-based design studio Woodendot [4] recently launched a new line of modern lighting handcrafted from natural materials [5]. Their Ka Lamp collection is locally produced using traditional craft techniques in Íscar [6], a small town in the heart of “Tierra de Pinares”.
Woodendot [4]‘s Ka Lamps are made from natural materials [5] like leather, wood and metal. The ambient lamps come in three sizes for ambient, reading, or task lighting. The studio says: “Every piece we design and produce is a careful exercise in which we study in detail the relationships between functionality, materials, environmental respect, craftsmanship and aesthetics.”
