The Ka Lamp collection are modern and sleek designs yet hand crafted from natural materials using leather and metal to create a contemporary concept.

Madrid-based design studio Woodendot recently launched a new line of modern lighting handcrafted from natural materials. Their Ka Lamp collection is locally produced using traditional craft techniques in Íscar, a small town in the heart of “Tierra de Pinares”.

Woodendot‘s Ka Lamps are made from natural materials like leather, wood and metal. The ambient lamps come in three sizes for ambient, reading, or task lighting. The studio says: “Every piece we design and produce is a careful exercise in which we study in detail the relationships between functionality, materials, environmental respect, craftsmanship and aesthetics.”
