Gallery: More than 7.5 Million Without Power as Hurricane Sandy Strikes...

Cities across the East Coast are in a state of emergency as Hurricane Sandy left widespread flooding and damage in its wake. People in New York and New Jersey awoke to massive floods and power outages, and at least 16 people are dead in states across the region. As of Tuesday morning, all of New York's major river crossings are still closed, and President Obama declared parts of New York and New Jersey to be a federal disaster area earlier this morning.
