Sushi is healthy and exotic food but it can be difficult to convince kids (and some adults!) to give it a try. One easy way to lower the barrier to trying sushi is by making it at home, and creating an inviting roll that the whole family wants to sample. Like these friendly panda-shaped rolls from Inhabitots!
