Gallery: MUT Architecture Unveils 12 Wooden Passive Houses for Parisian...

While we love the recent wave of one-off passive houses popping up around the world, we're happy to hear that a whole development of passive houses is planned for the Parisian suburb of Pantin. Paris-based firm MUT Architecture is in the planning stages for a development of 12 single-family houses that will all be designed to highly energy-efficient passive house standards. The homes are constructed from wood and feature a staggered orientation that captures the sun more effectively than traditional typologies.
