We're here at day 2 of the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, where carmakers are ramping up the green car reveals with a number of hybrid concepts, including Nissan's new Resonance Concept hybrid crossover, a preview of the next-gen Murano. The concept has many details that won't make it to production, but that doesn't stop us from loving them. Check out the camera-style side mirrors, sleek cream leather moulded seats, and the high-tech LED-clad cockpit in our gallery.

The current model Murano comes in regular and droptop versions and runs between $29,000 and $44,000, with a 260-horsepower V-6 engine. The new model will offer a supercharged 2.5-liter gas engine with an electric motor and two-clutch hybrid technology, but output for the four-wheel-drive vehicle was not revealed. We love the smooth body lines, boomerang taillights, and pillarless doors with wraparound glass.
