The Cottage Series [4] is a line of traditionally-inspired prefab bungalows by Studio 29 Architecture [5] and Method Homes [4]. Classic in style and efficient by design, the series is designed for adaptability to multiple aesthetics and seamless future expansions. In addition to customizable floor plans, there are a number of garage and accessory dwelling units that can be added on to enhance the home. Sustainable options that can thrown in for an extra eco-boost include: hydronic radiant heat, solar thermal collectors, solar PV system [6], bamboo flooring, LED lighting [7] and installation upgrades, and a Smarthome system.
