Created by artist and designer Nicole Dextras, the Little Green Dress Projekt is a collection of twenty one gorgeous dresses crafted from finely-woven palms, leaves and berries. Recently displayed at VanDusen Botanical Garden’s Earth Art Exhibition, the intricate, vibrant pieces are made entirely from sustainable materials. Dextras’ work provides a eye-catching commentary on environmentally-conscientious fashion—and unlike the masses of ultimately disposable fashion that ends up in landfill, the Little Green Dresses can be composted!
