The double-skinned vacation home also features thermal insulation, sun shading, fire protection and roll down doors that provide extra security. The cast in place structure designed by Seattle’s Eggleston Farkas Architects was recognized for Sustainable Merit at the Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards.
