Inspired by a recent trip to Iceland [5], Beatrix Li-Chin Lus [6] created a series of stackable boxes shaped like volcanoes. She also exhibited a set of playful flower vases made from recycled wood with non-toxic finishes.

Pierre Guillou’s flat pack “En Bois Table” [7] can be assembled without the use of screws or glue. The minimalist furnishing is beautifully made from sustainably-sourced birch.

Another pop-up paper creation from Well Well Designers [10], “Cloud City” is a cut and folded paper pendant lamp that evokes modern architecture [11].
