An event hosted in collaboration between Edible Geography, and food, culture, architecture, and sustainability writer Sarah Rich, Foodprint NYC will host an experienced panel in order to examine today’s urban food chain, how historical forces have shaped them, how they might develop in the future and the residual impact on our environment and ourselves.
