Inhabitat is rapidly growing into a full-fledged media empire, and it’s about time we enlisted the help of an elite group of rockstar interns to lend a hand as we develop new products and properties that will help take our brand and content to new levels. Inhabitat Interns will be involved in the operational end of the company, which means you’ll get first-hand experience in new business development, online advertising, accounting, and operations. Since we’re such a small company, it’s critical that you be a detail-oriented self-starter capable of meeting deadlines and managing several projects at any given time. Applicants should have an extensive knowledge of Internet and blog culture as well as some experience or knowledge in the following areas:
+ Social Media
+ Accounting
+ Basic HTML
+ Sustainable Design and Architecture
Applicants must be based in New York City (or within a commutable distance of NYC), and must be available 15-20 hrs each week. Inhabitat Internships are unpaid, however, we are able to offer college credit to qualifying candidates.
