The Cassowary Room is a renovation of a home office in a NYC loft by Dash Marshall LLC. The space was originally a caviar warehouse built in the 1890s. It was renovated in 2005, but Dash decided to roll back time and reconstruct the old caviar boss’s office as if it had never been touched. The new office connects effortlessly to adjacent spaces, and adds a little touch of history to this storied Tribeca home.
