If you’re bored with the whole dinner and flowers bit, the Museum of the City of New York has a creative date option that will take your Valentine’s Day off of the beaten path. “I ♥ City Museum Weekend” will be a 3-day series of interactive activities that celebrate love – and the pursuit of love – in NYC. Events start on Friday, February 14th and will include graffiti tagging lessons, romantic readings, printmaking classes and special gallery tours of the museum’s current exhibitions. The best part? All of the weekend’s activities (with the exception of the graffiti workshop) are free with the cost of admission ($10) and come with a free Keith Haring love pin!
