Inhabitat editor and LES snowman neighbor Jill Fehrenbacher said: “I am so thrilled to see the big carrot-nosed guy back on the corner! We missed him until now since we didn’t have much snow, but it was with happy tidings that we welcomed His Frostiness back to the corner of Essex and Canal, just in time for the Chinese New Year holiday.”
