Work started on refashioning the loft space in May 2010 and was completed later that year. Located on the corner Grand and Mercer Streets in Soho, EDUN’s offices comprise a showroom, spaces for design, production and marketing teams, as well as a sample room. The goal was to keep construction to a minimum, pull in as much natural daylight as possible, and incorporate sustainable materials. EDUN specifically wanted to make use of reclaimed and salvaged materials and furnishings, and they wanted to work with local vendors and craftsmen.

A number of the walls at the entrance of the offices are clad in white washed reclaimed barn wood sourced from Pioneer Millwork. A large white-washed reclaimed beam floats in front of a glass wall of the showroom space. Five locally-sourced, custom made, reclaimed wood tables grace the showroom, the offices of the CEO and CFO, and the conference room. Natural daylight floods into the public spaces to show off the fashions in the best light.
