DESCRIPTION
Model Citizens NYC 2011 is a 3-day exhibition at the Chelsea Art Museum that is open to the public and features the work of 90+ designers of furniture, products, ceramics, glass, art objects and jewelry. The event is founded, produced by, and encourages exceptional independent, and emerging designers, big and small, practical and conceptual, to exhibit and market their designs.
Part exhibit part trade show, Model Citizens NYC provides an opportunity for independent and emerging designers to have access to the ICFF and New York Design Week; the community of its peers, domestic and international buyers, manufacturers, potential clients, collaborators, and the public.
There will be a cocktail reception on May 14th from 4-7 p.m.
