Join the Center for Architecture for a fascinating discussion on the advent of digital technology and its profound effect on cultural tourism. Cities throughout the country are now showcasing their public art collections online, creating websites, maps, videos, podcasts, virtual guidebooks, and apps using GPS based innovations, in an effort to provide a wealth of information that would have previously been unavailable.

In light of the recent economic downturn many cities and cultural institutions are now showcasing their art through digital mapping technology making their work more accessible to people people worldwide. The event brings together a panel of experts to discuss  some of these exciting innovations, and the future of a museum without walls.
