Everything old is new again at 4 Bedford St. The 4,432-square-foot West Village townhouse was originally constructed as a three-story home in 1829, before it sprouted a fourth level about half a decade later. It's been through several changes in the years since, most notably a gut renovation in 2014. Today, the stately Federal-era facade belies a polished, decidedly 21st century interior, completely with state-of-the-art appliances, a Sonos audio system, motorized window treatments, one-touch air-conditioning, and video intercom panels on every floor.
