		<description>I agree; this looks awful. Who wants to look at another crane marring the skyline (certainly not the people living/working in nearby buildings), and who would rather look at a vintage train suspended over their head (can you imagine if it ever fell!) instead of being able to go inside and explore the train. What a waste of $25 million, be it taxpayer&#039;s or corporate!</description>
