		<description>So they changed the law to allow more people per sqft. Real estate developers can now make more money from less sqft. Yay! As rents adjust and this becomes the norm families will only be able to afford 400 sqft apartments. I am not convinced this is the future we want. How about we work on new models of ownership for the residents rather than higher profits for developers.</description>
