For nearly four decades, Back to the Land has provided the Park Slope neighborhood with natural products and organic food. Way before it was mainstream, the Back to the Land started selling whole foods, all-natural nutritional products, body care products, and pesticide-free foods. One or two employees specialize in each section of the store — vitamins, deli, meats, teas, cosmetics, produce — to ensure that customers are met with the most informed staff.

Back to the land has an amazing amount of eco-products packed into the tiny space. Sometimes it is difficult to find things (and the person who knows where it is). Their health and body section is quite impressive, however! Lots of all natural cures for your ailments.
